To keep your abdomen toned, slightly bend on your stomach and squeeze your abdomen for at least five second and then release. As you release the muscles, sit back straight and tall. Try to this for up to 10 times or more.
You should not also forget to flex your palms and fingers. They can get tired and stressed too. You can release the tension in these parts of your body by doing a simple "close-open" exercise of the hand. Perform this for at least 20 times until your palms and fingers feel relaxed.
