Surcharge $35 between 9.30 pm and 4.30 am
Surcharge 3% for credit card payment

OTHER CHARGES

Extra pick up or drop off (e.g. keys or additional address) $15
20% loading for Queensland Public Holidays
50% loading for Christmas Day
Waiting time charged at $40 per hour in 15 minute increments (this is NOT for waiting for the arrival of your pre-booked flight–charge will only be applied in a circumstance where passenger misses a flight and asks for us to wait on the arrival of another flight or waiting past an agreed pick up time from a hotel or apartment).

LUGGAGE
Premier Transfers and Touring accepts no liability for lost or damaged luggage. Please ensure this is covered in your travel insurance.

DELAYS
Premier Transfers and Touring will not accept any responsibility for any delays due to traffic delays or vehicle mechanical breakdown beyond our control. Any changes to flight schedules should be advised to Premier Transfers and Touring as soon as possible and we will do all in our power to make alternative arrangements for your transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be given if at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may be refunded at the discretion of Premier Transfers and Touring.
